I have a 130 slt which is about 3 years old. The motor for horizontal skewing is fine. But, the up/down motion barely moves. I took it apart and there is a little.black wheel that spins and the mount turns very slowly and with little strength. Maybe a voltage issue to the bad motor? I checked all the wires and they are snug. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
