Several years ago myself and Mog a recently deceased amateur astronomer created several "canned" documents that anyone can use to make a light pollution presentation to a City Council or city mayor's office. I have recently placed these documents in a public folder using DropBox. Here are the public links. These are all in "the public domain" and may be used as you see fit. They may be downloaded, copied, altered, and edited to meet your local requirements.

This is great, but I don't see where the links are. Can you edit your post to put them in?
