As is often the case with planetary photography, a single lucky catch in the midst of more than a dozen.
Many details visible throughout the planet including the poles, well defined oval BA near the right limbus.

    Dave

Very nice details, Avani! As per your usual amazing work. I don't know if I've asked you before, but have you ever tried using any filters? I ask as we're in the midst of conversations here on the coming opposition of Mars, and filters we're planning to try during this. I'm particularly interested in obtaining a No. 30 Wratten Magenta Filter.

Thank you for another fatastic Jupiter!

As far as nebula filters go one of the first I ever owned was a 1.25 Svbony UHC, for some reason it seemed to work overall better then the a more expensive one I purchased at an earlier time. Go figure.
It was pointed out to me a long time ago, you don't have to spend a lot of money to get something worth while.
As far as a guide to filters, I was wondering if there was some sort of guide for filters they are numbered for a reason I thought. Not to sound like an ahole. Even though it's one of my favorite expressions from "Guardians of the Galaxy."

I am glad i got 3/4 of the GSO color filters from the list of color filters. It's very interesting experimentation with these filters.
