      3.0 Budget Eyepiece

      Pros:

      Decent average budget eyepiece

      Cons:

      Narrow FOV

      Comments:

      I mostly use the 9mm for observing planets through my 4" f/12 Maksutov. Internal reflection on bright objects such as Jupiter and the moon is minimal with this eyepiece. In my f/5 Discovery dob I get fairly nice contrast from this eyepiece and the stars stay fairly sharp to the edge of the FOV and I really did not detect much coma. Granted the FOV is only 52 degrees it works well. The fit and finish are decent on this eyepiece. These MA eyepieces are ok eyepieces but I would rate them as average. Mine were supplied with scopes I purchased. If you are looking at buying these eyepieces I might suggest you to upgrade to a little better quality.
