Manufacturer Description

The Meade Universal AC Adapter plugs into any standard household electrical outlet (US or equivalent) and connects to the 12V input jack on the telescope's control panel.

Compatible with most Meade models including LS-6 and LS-8, LT models, ETX-90, ETX-125, all LXD-75 models, all LX90 models, all LX200GPS and ACF models up to 14" diameter, all RCX400/LX400 models, and additional models which have a 12V "phono" type power input jack. Note: not compatible with DS-2000 series telescopes or 18 volt LX200 "Classic".

Please note that although this item is sold directly by Meade, the adapter has a label that states "Condor" on it. It is not branded as "Meade." Input = 100V-240V, Output = 12V.

Product carries full one year Meade factory limited warranty (within US/Canada only).

      5.0 Meade AC Adapter

      This adapter powers my LXD telescope and has regulated voltage. It's best to check the output voltage of any AC adapter before plugging it into your scope. This adapter is rated at 12 volts. I had another brand adapter that also was rated at 12 volts and actual output was around 16-18 volts. I didn't use it for my 12 volt telescope mount.
