Oberwerk has this "sweetspot" nailed.
Pros:Weight, image clarity, price, ease of adjustment and use are all excellent.
Cons:None. Just know what you're going to use them for.
Comments:If you want a lighter weight, crystal clear, easy to adjust and hold set of binoculars to have in your grab bag of astro gear to do a quick positional check of many scope targets, or simply review your constellations and major Milky Way DSOs these binocs are a great addition to your astro toolbag like a favorite hammer or wrench. I've had several of these in my hands and each time impressed by their clarity and ease of use. I own both smaller and larger aperture and find the former insufficient and the larger too much work to quickly setup and use on the tripod to stop the bane of binocular use (hand-held wobble). Oberwerk has this "sweetspot" nailed. If you have your scope set up, laser in hand and a crowd in front of you at a public outreach event, it's so nice to just grab your 8x56s off the table and be able to say: "See that area right there, at the end of the laser point? That's where you're looking. I know, it seems like there's nothing there, but look at that screen. That's where you're looking and that galaxy is really out there." (I use a CPC 11, Hyperstar and Stellacam3 on a 32 in. LCD screen with a 95 mw laser).
