      5.0 Orion Skyview Deluxe 6

      Pros:

      Great for imaging, the mount tracks well! Shows nice detail on nebulae at low power!

      Cons:

      No bad reviews from me!!

      Comments:

      Orion 6” reflector with 750mm focal length at f/5. This is a nice rich field telescope which is great for imaging a wide range of DSOs and also planets! Planets are not its strong point but it does show nice views for an f/5!

      The larger secondary mirror makes this a great imaging scope! And the Skyview deluxe mount does a great job tracking!! Nice visually also but I wouldn't use more than a 2x barlow and a 10mm EP - I tried and the image started to get poor! But I flocked the tube and the view was better with the 2x barlow and 10mm EP, not by much but it did help on planets!!

      Bottom Line: Would you recommend this item? Yes
