Pros:Great performer for the price and size.
Cons:Long cool down time; assembly instructions could be better.
Comments:This telescope performed extremely well right out of the box. For a 5" scope this had some real DSO power and yet had a large amount of contrast for the moon and planets. The price - $619 from Orion - is a real bargain when you consider that you get a case, the OTA, a nice quality EQ mount, diagonal and eyepiece. Not that you won't want to buy more goodies but you really can get out and observe right from the start.
