Solid piece of kit for the advanced user. Excellent instructions for a variety of apps. Note that the dual crosshairs are off-center for guiding use; not for polar alignment. Illumination is very adjustable. A fine astrometric instrument.

Everything I expected
Purchased the 8", F6 mirror as a replacement for mine from my xt8g. Even though it was 3mm smaller a couple flocking bits and it fit just fine. The images are better and the star test came back excellent. I would definitely recommend.

I needed to squeak out a little more field of view for lunar photography in my C6 SCT without resorting to a reducer. This did the trick and now I can get the entire lunar disk in one pic with no need to make a mosaic.
